We provide services to help treat and improve patients vision by examining their eyes for patients with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. 

Endocrinology Counseling

We provide services to help better manage prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. If you need assistance with insulin needs or your diabetes is tough to manage, or your treatment plan isn't working, or you have complications from your diabetes. 

Podiatry Screening

We provide services to early detect and treat foot problems while being prediabetic or with type 2 diabetes. Neuropathy (nerve damage), arthropathy (joint damage), vasculopathy (blood vessel damage), and other complications can be avoided or delayed with annual comprehensive foot exams and treatment if needed.
