ABOUT DIABETES WELLNESS CENTER
Our facility is more convenient for patients with prediabetes & type 2 diabetes. We as members of the organization are dedicated healthcare professionals. We also seek to give back to the community in a generous way. We are more accessible to our patients. Our organization will make you feel more like family than just a patient.

Dr. Massie-Story
A family medicine physician who is passionate about healthcare and healthcare access. Using her 26 years of medical practice, she will help patients by communicating the importance of health literacy. She earned her Doctor of Medicine in 1996 at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She is a graduate of the MetroHealth Medical Center Family Medicine residency program.
Dr. Massie-Story was recently highlighted in the August 2022 Cleveland Magazine as the Best Doctor of Family Medicine for MetroHealth Medical Center.
Simone' Jackson
A medical assistant for over 8 years. She loves to help others and is able to come up with ideas about how to make things better for individuals. She is also a great communicator. She also has an educational background which is her associate's degree in applied science for medical assistants in 2014. Her bachelor's degree in health service administration in 2017 and continuous education for her master's in public health.
